Sweet hand embroidered Shipibo manta wall hanging (or bedcover!) with a straightforward image of two birds under a heart, and over two leaves and a flower. This is a nice, colorful piece of Shipibo textile art primarily executed with wool thread. The ground cloth is earth dyed cotton, typical to Shipibo textile work. One of Laura’s first efforts at using two shades of earth to dye the cloth.
