Handsome handmade miniature urn basket made by hand from plant dyed chambira in burnt orange and golden yellow. These baskets are handmade in the Ticuna community of Nazareth, Colombia. The fiber is harvested by hand in the reserve surrounding the community, processed and woven by hand. The color comes entirely from plants - no chemicals or machines involved at any point during the process!
