Handmade miniature picnic or storage basket by Lorena Moran Angel. This is a sturdy basket made of guaruma (a vine) and chambira (fiber from fresh chambira palm fronds). The chambira was dyed with an unusual plant dye Lorena created, that she was quite proud of. A lovely piece; there are some gaps between the guaruma.
